Signs Limited are accepted subject to the following conditions which shall form part
of the contract of sale. Acceptance of the goods will be deemed to be acceptance
of these conditions of sale. Each time you use or access this web site you agree
to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which may be amended from time to time
with or without prior notice to yourself.
2. Accounts & Payments
No accounts are available on this site.Goods will not be dispatched
until payment in full is received.All payments will be made via secure server transaction.We
will accept for payment the following types of credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard,
Access, Delta, Switch, Electron & Maestro. We do not accept American Express, Diners
Club or JCB cards. Payment may also be made by Postal/Money order(please call us
if you wish to make payment using this method). We will also accept personal cheques
with a valid cheque guarantee card number and business cheques.For business customers,
business cheques may be subject to a surcharge for immediate clearance(currently
£17.63 including VAT). We are also happy to accept bank transfers. Our Bank is NatWest

3. Privacy
Southern Safety Signs Limited collects several different types of information:

These details include name, address and contact details and any previous order details.Once your order has been processed we do not hold any sensitive information such as credit card details. We reserve the right to change any details you provide us, e.g. update your address or other contact details and from time to time we may use your contact details to provide you with special offers or new product ranges. We do not share your information with any third parties.This applies to both consumers & business customers.
Automatic Information - Information is automatically collected when you access our web site. Due to the nature of the internet it cannot be guaranteed that the availability
of the site will be uninterrupted and that details sent across the internet will
be error-free. Access may also be suspended or restricted to allow for website maintenance.

You must not use this web site for fraudulent purposes, in connection
with a criminal offence or any other unlawful activity.We may at any time delete
your order if we suspect that you are using the website in an unlawful manner.

is our property or our suppliers. You may not extract any contents from the site

7. Returns/Cancellation of Orders
For Business Customers products may be returned
if they are faulty or damaged, within 7 days of delivery. A replacement will be sent
out, free of charge once the faulty or damaged product has been received. A refund
will be made if we are unable to replace the product.If you wish to return a faulty
item please call us on 01903 761288 for a returns number. No goods are to be returned
without this number! Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Cancellation of an order after dispatch of goods must be received in writing within
7 days of placing the order, we will make a charge not exceeding the direct costs
of recovering any goods supplied under the contract.Goods must be returned in original
packaging and unused.In this instance a handling charge will be levied, currently
20% of the value of goods ordered.
For our Consumers(domestic customers),they can
return items back to us for a full credit on the following conditions:
Your are a
private individual and not a business customer or purchasing on behalf of a business.
You have not been in receipt of the goods for more than 10 days.
The item(s) can be
sold again 'as new' in the original packaging.
Please also note however that the
cost to return these items is the responsibility of the consumer.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Pricing and Availability
Any dispatch estimates provided are not guaranteed and
should not be relied upon. If any products are unavailable for dispatch, we will
contact you either via phone or the email address provided to us at the time of placing
your order.
Although every measure is taken to ensure prices are correct occasionally an item may be mispriced. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time during the transaction process (includes undispatched orders). In the case of this incident you will be contacted, by phone or email, regarding the correct price with the options of a refund or to pay the outstanding balance.
9. Events beyond our reasonable control
Southern Safety Signs Ltd will not be held
responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay,
or failure, arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.(such as
courier delays or adverse weather conditions)
